Hello fellow teenagers, adults whoever may be reading this!
This is the first time I have ever submitted a photo! Please do not laugh or anything!!
Everyone starts somewhere? RIGHT? Ps back when I was like 10-12 , I was literally obese, So i have lost a major amount of weight, If i can get a picture I will.
Basically I'm wanting to know my bodyfat, as the machine says 40% now this can't be right can't it?
I weigh 10st. Around 5ft3.
And that is defiantly gyno right?
Currently I am 'bulking' clean, but working chest 2x a week, so I work out 3/4 times a week, with 1/2 times of cardio, this is okay right? Then I will cut.
Ps I'm only 14!
Any advice given will me major help! Thanks!

He's only 14 brah, the body does crazy things around that age.
OP, just continue to stay active, keep lifting, join a team or something. You have lots of growing left to do, just don't stress about it.
You're only 5'3" right now, you have tons of growing to do still, and this will change the way you look significantly. Trust me, I have tons of friends that were chunky at your age too, and now they are skinny phucks.
So, yes, continue doing what your doing. Just don't be a lazy kunt and eat ****ty food all the time. Cardio is great at that age.Doesn't lift weights, only flexercise crew

Hahaha gonna come clean yo, back a while ago i ran a eca stack , however this surely had no affect? i once did take tribulus being stupid. But i've had blood tests and been to the doctors, so its all good, however I'm majorly sure it runs in the family, as my brother has it too, however I'm all clean now, only taking creatine, protein and bccas learnt my lesson lol .

I wrestle, and from seeing other people on my team and there body fats your probably in the 20's probably mid to high.
Best advice i can give you, wrestle, join the wrestling team next year and show up every day. You'l loose all of the extra fat. TRUST ME ON THIS.
Wrestling freshman year got me right, and then i took off from there.
If i were you i wouldn't put emphasis on strength training when your that large. I would shave off the fat till about 10-15 percent body fat and then start lifting, but that's just my opinion.
And if you do that remember that diet is worth almost more then exercise on weight loss.
Consider that you loose 500 calories from about 30 minutes of running. A DQ blizard has 1500 calories in it. So you eat one ice cream and that's and hour and a half of running to work it off. IMO not eating is a lot better then running lol. But im lazy so idk. That's not to say you shouldn't eat anything, you need like 2,000 ish calories a day along with the right amount of protein carbs and fat.
