    Hello,

    This topic is pretty sensitive and usually cause a lot of hate and anger. What do you think about NO boosters? Do you use them? Do you think they are a scam? Do they actually help you achieve a better pump? Or maybe it's all placebo?

    what products are you looking at?
    do you want a higher stim or a lower stim?

    The ingredients in a pre-workout can aid not only to your focus and energy but also your workouts. I would not say they are a scam, you need to know how to dose them and utilize them.

    Almost all if not all NO boosters are also pre-workouts. So they contain stims. SO yeah. Energy. ^^

    I personally used citrulline malate , took 6 grams of it. Did not experienced better pumps what so ever. I don't know how can you actually measure it. Though I get insane pumps from drop sets. Probably creatine contributes too? Also used 5 grams of Beta Alanine. Damn that one stings like a bee.

    I want to stay neutral on this one. Though I am interested in your opinions. For example how do you actually notice if it gives you a bigger pump?

    5g of BA at once, ya that might TINGLE. Try 2g twice a day, timing of taking BA doesn't matter.

    As far as pump, I noticed a difference when taking pump products (hemavol, white pump, kno3, alpha amino (nitrates)) by how swole my target muscle group feels and the prolonged pump effect.

    I used to torture my friends with BA. Gave them that without telling them what it does. Oh those priceless reactions when "tingles" kicked in...

    So, what NO product would you recommend? I have noticed a lot of talk going around White Pump. I use their Orange Triad which rocks.

    Yes, they aid in "pump". Are they worth it? Depends on who you ask. Too much and they restrict my intensity in the gym. There's a fine line between using too much and using the right amount that you can still go heavy with volume.

    I've found out more recently that when you're pretty carbs depleted, NO boosters simply just don't really do much of anything at that point :P

    So, I feel that carbs >>>>>>> NO boosters.

    But some pump ingredients can help enhance carb pumps quite dramatically.

    Citruline malate is relatively cheap stuff. Makes my pumps last and I walk around the place looking much better than I deserve to. So f*ck yeah... I pay for pumps lol

    ^^^, Hemavol and White pump are solid stim free pump products, then you can at KNO3 or other nitrates as well (also stim free).
