Hello,
This topic is pretty sensitive and usually cause a lot of hate and anger. What do you think about NO boosters? Do you use them? Do you think they are a scam? Do they actually help you achieve a better pump? Or maybe it's all placebo?

Science of what?
Caffeine = energy
CM can aid in pumps/endurance
BA can aid in performance
Glycerol, nitrates and agmatine can all aid in pump
what are you looking for in a pre-workout
what products are you looking at?
do you want a higher stim or a lower stim?
The ingredients in a pre-workout can aid not only to your focus and energy but also your workouts. I would not say they are a scam, you need to know how to dose them and utilize them.

Almost all if not all NO boosters are also pre-workouts. So they contain stims. SO yeah. Energy. ^^
I personally used citrulline malate , took 6 grams of it. Did not experienced better pumps what so ever. I don't know how can you actually measure it. Though I get insane pumps from drop sets. Probably creatine contributes too? Also used 5 grams of Beta Alanine. Damn that one stings like a bee.
I want to stay neutral on this one. Though I am interested in your opinions. For example how do you actually notice if it gives you a bigger pump?

5g of BA at once, ya that might TINGLE. Try 2g twice a day, timing of taking BA doesn't matter.

I've found out more recently that when you're pretty carbs depleted, NO boosters simply just don't really do much of anything at that point :P
So, I feel that carbs >>>>>>> NO boosters.
But some pump ingredients can help enhance carb pumps quite dramatically.Completed Logs & Reviews:
