running VERY low on AMINO 1 by musclepharm, cherry limeade. while i do have a bag of amino 1 i got from costco, its in the fruit punch flav and nothing has beaten the cherry limeade. so i'm thinkin i'm jus gonna return it and order some good stuff. but while i'm thinkin, i thought maybe i could try something neu...here are the choices:
musclepharm - amino 1 (cherry limeade)
allmax nutrtion - aminocore (keylime cherry)
ronnie coleman signature series - amino-tone (cherry limeade)
ps - if u've got a better product suggestion in the same/similar flavour do tell.

Overall decent product I've used recently is Evogen Cell KEM. It's sort of an ALL in ONE product....AND it tastes GREAT in the Pineapple-Guava.

Mio does not taste like chit. I don't know wat you're talking about. Regardless, there are multiple other companies that sell those types of water flavoring products. You're also saying you take bcaas post workout as if that's a good thing. LMAO. BCAAs, optimally, should be taken pre workout when training fasted

Amino acid supplementation is most beneficial during a severe caloric deficit to prevent muscle wasting, and especially when training fasted. Outside of that there's no real benefit unless you're dosing in between meals as laid out by Layne Norton to help stimulate muscle protein synthesis, but to just sip them because you like the taste it has no benefit. As long as you have an adequate protein intake (which most Americans do with people who exercise and supplement being even more excessive) you're not getting any benefit.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

Congrats
your constaly spiking Amino Acid levels
never allowing protein levels to reach refractory stages
and showing 0 benefits of taking BCAA's post-workout unless you trained with them fasted and are not eating till several hours post-workout as indiciated on leangains.com
That is some highly expensive water you got there buddy. Your a marketers dream come true.
