Breaking out the shell

Living in a shell mostly, it takes a lil while to get the courage.

Thanks BMac984, that's just as much part of this whole thing. I'm 261 lbs and have lost about 7 lbs over the last 2 months but i've come down 4 more inches in the waist of my pants and the pants i got for christmas look like bloomers. But other obvious issues are still there. bottom half needs alot of work, Doing this is definately motivating though. i've been a member for a while but never posted..
