Today was just moving back up to the weight I was at before my rest day. Everything felt pretty easy which was reassuring. I was hoping to leg press rather than squat but the leg press machine was (very) broken, I'm hoping they repair it soon.
I did a bit of research and it turns out my Ohp form was off and apparently clenching the glutes will help to resolve it. I guess I'll find out tomorrow.
For today
dead lift 5*117.5 felt decent, might get a video next time
Ohp 3*5*45 decided to drop the weight while I focus on clenching my glutes to correct my form.
Pull ups 7.5kg *10,10,10 went climbing yesterday and my forearms were aching so very surprised it went so smoothly

For 5/6
Bench 3*8*65 felt a bit heavy but under the same conditions next session 67.5 should be fine
Seated row 3*5*82.55 didn't feel heavy
Shrugs 3*8*34 these did feel heavy I'll redo the same weight next time
Curls 3*8*16 pretty easy
leg press was still broken, I'm kinda enjoying how comfortable my legs feel now I'm not squatting though.1RMs @~70kg BW (PB/Goal):

For yesterday:
Dead lift: 5*120 filmed this, form looked pretty good despite the weight starting to feel a bit heavy
Ohp: 3*5*47.5 I'll try and video my form next time to see how the glutes clenching is affecting my form but it feels better
Pull ups 3*10*8.75kg form is slipping slightly but I think I'll increase next week and correct it when I stall
Tricep pull downs 3*8*30.55 redid the same weight as last time, felt much better (although still tough). Increase next time.1RMs @~70kg BW (PB/Goal):

For 8/6
Bench 3*8*67.5 bar was skinny so may have been slightly lighter. Wasn't too tough
seated row ss 3*5*83.6 felt pretty easy
shrugs Ss 3*8*34 can increase this
Curls 3*8*17.5 these were pretty heavy, repeat next time if possible
I felt pretty grotty at the gym and needed longer rests than usual as a result but all of the lifts seemed to increase relatively easily.
For yesterday
dead lifts 5*122.5 decent vid next one
Ohp 3*5*50 good, good form no grinding
pull ups 10kg*10,10,7 increase
Tricep pull downs 3*8*31.6 increase
Pretty successful session, the butt clenching really seems to be helping my Ohp, pull ups are still struggling but ss I said last time, I'm going to keep increasing the weight until I stall.1RMs @~70kg BW (PB/Goal):

Bench 70kg*8,8,7 probably could have done 8 on the final set but the bar somehow got stuck in the rack as I was lifting it out which set me off balance for the whole set
Leg press 3*5*66 glad it's finally fixed, going to start light and work up slowly I think
Seated row 3*5*84.85 not very difficult
Shrugs 3*8*36 redo to focus on form

Dead lifts 5*125 video'd this, form was good despite the weight feeling heavy
Ohp 52.5*5,5,4 form seemed pretty good throughout but need to redo next time to finish the final set
Was running late so didn't bother with pull ups.
For 20/6
Bench 3*8*70 nicely done, try 3*7*72.5 next
seated row 3*5*86 ss not hard, increase
shrugs 3*8*36 as above

Dead lift 125*4/5 can't remember how many I did. Heavy though.
Ohp 3*5*52.5 can probably increase a bit
Pull ups 10kg *1010,5 just didn't care enough to finish the final set
I wasn't feeling great as I went into the gym and I think that was reflected by the results. It's gonna be a week before I can go again I think so the main aim will be to maintain1RMs @~70kg BW (PB/Goal):

Long time out of the gym preparing for exams and stuff. Did a very gentle session today to ease myself back into things.
Bench 3x8x40
Seated row SS 3x5x59
Shrugs SS 3x8x20
DB Curls 3x8x12
All easy. Hardest part was foam rolling my legs, I think that's going to have to be a point of focus in the coming weeks.1RMs @~70kg BW (PB/Goal):
