New Supplement Protocol

Here is a new supplement routine I'm going to try for the next 4 weeks and post my results. The Wake Up shake and the Bedtime shake will be daily. The Pre and Post workout shakes will be 4 times a week on workout days.
Wake up Shake 160cal
24g whey protein
5g glutamine
5g BCAA
1g tyrosine

Pre Wrokout 280cal
Maltodextrin 15 g
Whey protein 24g
Dextrose 15g
Creatine 5g
Glutamine 5g
BCAAs 5g
Alpha Lipoic Acid 600mg
Chromium 200mcg
L-arginine AKG 3g
1g tyrosine


Post Workout 448cal
Maltodextrin 36g
Dextrose 36g
Whey Protein 36g
Taurine 2g
Alpha Lipoic Acid 600mg
chromium 200mcg
Creatine 5g
Glutamine 5g
BCAA 5g

Bedtime Shake 160cal
23g casein
5g glutamine
5g BCAA

nice progress in your avatar! how long did that take?

4 shakes a day is more than id consume on workout days, but i prefer food over shakes

it depends on your goals, but the shakes themselves look good

mixing free amino acids like tyrosine into your whey shake is a waste of money. take tyrosine separated from whey at least by 15 min.

I prefer food as well, but the shakes are more convenient and fit my schedule better.

I suspected this may be true. I'll try both ways to see if I feel anything different. I had the tyrosine mixed with the protein today and still felt it kick in. But I see how it would probably work better by itself, 15 min before the shake.

I welcome any input, comments or questions.
After the first week of this, I've decided to take the alpha lipoic acid and chromium twice daily, morning and night. The ALA didn't mix well with the shake. Already noticing greater pumps, bodyweight is up a few pounds(bf% measuring the same on Omron hand-held machine), feeling stronger, poundage is up. So far so good. I will post before and after stats after 4 weeks.
