After the first week of this, I've decided to take the alpha lipoic acid and chromium twice daily, morning and night. The ALA didn't mix well with the shake. Already noticing greater pumps, bodyweight is up a few pounds(bf% measuring the same on Omron hand-held machine), feeling stronger, poundage is up. So far so good. I will post before and after stats after 4 weeks.
