    Post Asthma and supplements

    I wanted to take ripped freak and animal pak but I was worried for my asthma, if anyone has any advice?

    Do you take medication? Which?

    I have really bad asthma but I take medicine (Singular, Advair, and allergy medicine) and I have never had any problems.

    I have pretty bad asthma myself, never had a problem with any supplements to date.
