EDIT: weird I didn't see the second part of your response in the original thread....I haven't noticed too much in the way of growth since increasing the number of days I train a muscle per week but that is mostly due to the fact that I was either cutting or eating at maintenance for the whole time I have done it..although my g.f. swears that my legs and chest are getting a bit bigger...lol now that I am transitioning into a caloric surplus "mode" hopefully I will see the physical gains catch up with the great strength gains that I have been making.

As I have said before you will see a very good bulk this go around with your new methods and strength gains. You are considerably stronger, and you know based on actual science that you will have more post workout increased protein synthesis uptime per week than you had on your last bulk. The tools are there. I have no doubt that you'll have a legit 18" bicep while ripped as a natty if you continue, and you continue to find more effective and intelligent ways to train to push past your "limitations".
