    Keto Plan Critique

    Background- Around 170 pounds (7-8% bf), been doing keto for over a month. My plan is a ckd/tkd combo.

    Goals-
    1.)Put on as much lean mass as possible/get shredded as much as possible before summer
    2.)increase strength
    3.)decrease bf to around 5-6% (only have stubborn fat left)

    Lifting plan-I am planning on doing a combination of HST and p90x, HST for the strength and mass aspect and p90x because i enjoy the workouts and feel like i get a great pump from them

    Sunday-HST
    Monday-p90x Video
    Tuesday-HST
    Wednesday-p90x Video
    Thursday-HST
    Friday-Abs
    Saturday-Depletion

    Cardio plan- I am planning on doing LISS right away in the morning (fasted cardio) on most days and HIIT following carb ups

    Sunday-HIIT (following saturday carb up)
    Monday-LISS
    Tuesday-LISS
    Wednesday-HIIT(following tuesday carb up)
    Thursday-LISS
    Friday-LISS
    Saturday-None

    Nutrition ratios- (Fat/Pro/Carbs) Im planning on taking in 16g carbs preworkout and 10g post workout as my main carb sources.

    Sunday-(65/30/5)
    Monday-(65/30/5)
    Tuesday-Carb Spike (100c/50p pwo, same 2 hours later)
    Wednesday-(65/30/5)
    Thursday-(65/30/5)
    Friday-(65/30/5)
    Saturday-Carb up day following morning depletion workout

    Hopefully this makes sense what i'm trying to do. ill take as much critique as possible. Basically putting p90x and HST together for lifting. Doing a CKD(2 smaller carb ups)/TDK(16g pre/10g pwo). I am also doing IF (to help burn fat and fasting will help ketosis).

    This may be complicated and make no sense. It's just what i'm thinking. IM NOT 100% SURE ON ALL THE DAYS, JUST THROWING SOME STUFF OUT THERE

    with the basic keto diet yes, which is why i'm trying to make it more like the anabolic/metabolic diets with the cdk/tdk combo idea
