    how to keep muscles looking full on keto diet?

    okay heres the deal...im 5 weeks out from a show and have been dieting 11...my fat and weight loss plateaued a few weeks ago so im going kinda against my beliefs and goin keto....the weight has been coming off...but vascularity is down and i dont look quite as full...how do u guys maintain fullness when doing this?

    You don't maintain it, simple as that.

    You look full once you carb up then it depletes
