    A Little Bit Lost

    I have fully committed a healthy lifestyle been doing it for 3 months now
    since then i have gained about 8kg of muscle
    i have been eating every 3 hours, the right kind of food
    thought i was doing pretty well

    but recently iv lost 3kg and am still doing so even tho i havn't changed my eating habits

    So im just a little bit confused on whats going wrong
    if anyone can tell me whats happening it will be much appreciated

    one last thing
    i know what foods i should be eating but i dont know HOW MUCH i should be eating
    im 60kg and 173cm tall
