    Thanks , I got into powerlifting and trained mainly compound exercises 5 reps max and normally worked up 2 singles or doubles, I was pretty strong before I started though.

    I started off doing bodybuilding style training 8-12 reps 5 day split, then I changed the rep range for squat bench a deads 2 5 or less and continued doing all other exercises at normal rep range , then I decided to compete so did just bench squat and deads once a week , about 8-10 sets each.

    I know , I qullified for the BPC raw British championships with a 660kg total and aim to get over 700kg then, its in 2 months and lifts are already well up.

    excellent bench

    not many people have the core strength to unrack a 550 squat. solid lifts tho. would like to see how you do with full squats and no hinging on the deads.

    dunno if on dat dare celltech....if so i take it all back.

    so am only allowed to post meet lifts ? ha ha I couldnt care what other pl's think , I trained for 2 month and came 4th overall in uk at a raw meet , and won my class , keep an eye out for my video from the British finals in 2 month
