interesting. Upton should be slightly better than Bruce and he's turning it up but not sure I would have done that. Bruce though is admittedly my favorite hitter in the game, been following him for years.

Do you have limits on acquiring players? I would drop Campana to do it, especially if you don't need steals this week.

yeah 6 moves a week, someone just added Alvarez oh well it would have been a stream only. Only reason I'm hanging onto Campana is I need steals as a team, I have Dee Gordon, Cameron Maybin, and Campana as my only SB sources. But they steal a lot so its good enough, I may look to replace Campana with a player that is more permanent though.

Not sure how this guy is owned in less than 1 percent of leagues. Pick up Paul Maholm, he has been dealing against good teams just had a bad start to the season.

Volquez. He will give you decent era and ks and win here and there.

try to sell high on the basis he could still hit 15-20 homeruns. Unfortunately nobody is interested in him in my league, and without him my team depth kinda sucks. If he winds up on the DL soon i might just pull the plug

out of all of those, I'd honestly pick Myers. He seems to have settled in quite nicely, while Perez and Putz are always at risk of an era explosion. Henry Rodriguez doesnt have a permanent job, and is pitching above his head at the moment. I feel its too early to tell with Casilla, he seems to have OK stuff but nothing stellar. Aceves and Frank Francisco should be avoided at all costs, add Frieri to your watch list but he probably won't get many save opportunities (he was pulled for Downs yesterday...). I'd consider stashing Reed if you have the roster space as he is probably the best White Sox pitcher for the closer role, but again he may not get many save opps.

hes undroppable. Roll with him, hell bench him for a week or 2. Luckily i have cuddyer i can move to 1b and some idiot just dropped Josh Willingham, so i picked him up off waivers.

Hosmers trade value is gonna be awful right now, so do not try to trade or drop him.

I would take addison reed, and then perez. Perez has gotten a bunch of crap from people but he's been solid with only a few bad outings. Reed is lights out and will put up a good number of saves.

Target Casilla, his team plays a lot of close games and will earn a lot of save opportunities. After him I would look at Reed, Rodriquez and Perez. Myers is decent but plays for a terrible team limiting his save chances. He will be on the trading block this summer so that might increase his value or decrease.

Oh and Weeks has looked bad but remember always try to trade high, not sell low. If you get a decent offer trade him but don't just dump him yet.

I'd probably go Reed (CWS have gotten a lot of saves chances this year) or Casilla. Myers has been good but there's a chance that he will be traded to a contender later on this year (and probably not as a closer) so you would have to revisit this then. Putz is the best out of them but he's struggling right now. Rodriguez is good too but as has been mentioned he will be losing his job before too long. I'd go Reed then Casilla, imo.

Do NOT drop. Do NOT drop. If anything trade for another 1b for the time being. If you can trade Hosmer for close to the value you drafted him at then I'd consider him but don't give him up for peanuts. Find a stopgap if you can (maybe you can get Berkman cheap since he's been DL'd all year? Is Allen Craig available? How many teams are in your league and what does your roster look like?

Rauch has had a good season and saves are saves but he scares me a little.

At what point do you guys say fuk the saves and grab a middle reliever with great Ks and ratios that eats innings instead of these highly futile era bombs just for a few saves? I'm not necessarily talking about Rauch here but the guys that scrambled for Cordero and even Frank Francisco to begin with?



And Craig is on fire right now. Hopefully with Berkman being back he still sticks in the lineup. He gave Holiday a break in left field today... clearly that's not a regular gig.

Yeah I hear ya for sure, I was more thinking deep leagues. I added Rauch in a 16 teamer and 20 teamer no problem.
