Leg day....on a Tuesday. I started out this morning doing squats and calve lifts on the smith. I wasn't focused going in (daughter running 105* fevers the past few days). On my first set of calve lifts, I moved out of sync and accidentally pressed up as the weights were going down, so 285 lbs came crushing down on my back. It's a tad bit bothersome right now, sore almost. Anyone have any ideas that I can apply to alleviate the pain a bit? I'm not really sure if it's muscular or skeletal. All I know is that it's bothering me enough to post about it.
