<---------------------------Eats shrimp as often as she can.

It's an excellent source of protein and very low calories. You get about 18 grams of protein in every 3 ounces for a whopping 80-90 calories.

It's my go-to source of protein, especially when watching calories.

Shrimp is an excellent source of protein and is low in fat. They get a bum rap due to the amount of cholesterol, but studies now show that dietary cholesterol doesn't have the impact on total cholesterol levels as they once thought. I eat shrimp at least once a week and when I am dieting they help me save on calories. A one ounce serving is about 30 calories and 6g's of protein.
That which does not kill me, better run like hell!!!

Never take your home gym for granted, one day it will not be there and then you have to deal with people.

I like eating, it helps with the not dying.

What makes you think so? Unless you're allergic to shellfish or it is cooked in tons of butter or fried in breading I see no harm in shrimp. It is a very lean protein, it is very easy and fast to cook and there are a lot of ways of preparation. I'd say - it is a good stuff.
