I'm in.. Currently around 162 I think, it's moving up fast though.
Lifts:
125 kg/275 lbs squat
77.5 kg/170 lbs bench
155 kg/341 lbs deadlift
I'm so damn weak..No hate on the mod

I feel that I have to make my way up to 180 or maybe even higher to be able to be competitive.
160 is still super scrawny for my build..
My gym lifts are only 315/170/350No hate on the mod

I'm new to this weight class. My first and only competition in May was @ 181 where I went 340/240/370 for 950. For my August meet I'll be competing @ 165 (finally got there last week). Funny thing is I registered as 165 for May and 181 for August. Meet director probably thinks I have a screw loose.
Squat has been the only lift that has gone up, but that was probably mostly due to form tweaks. Bench has stalled during the cut and deadlifts I just can't figure out why I suck so bad at them. I feel I should be able to pull better numbers than I am.
I'm not sure what direction I should take after my next meet. I'm still holding quite a bit of fat on my frame (13.4% bf) and could cut to 148 probably but I don't think I'd be happy with my numbers. I still want to get to 1k. I'm thinking about just getting a little lower to 160ish and then slow bulk.
I've been running 5/3/1 for 6 months but have been researching RTS. I'll stick with 5/3/1 until my meet though.Meet PRs: 475/280/415

Might as well jump in here.
Started Powerlifting in Jan 2014 running 5/3/1.
First Meet - 31 May 14 and went 6 of 9 with a 1060 total @ 159lbs Raw with Sleeves only. Missed all my 3rd attempts, but still had a blast and learned a ton.

Havnt gotten too many PRs lately, but had a great workout yesterday. I'll throw in the main lifts i did. I am at about 168 right now, but at least 15lbs overweight.
2 of these bench sets were actually PRs, but never count rep PRs. 315 for 3 paused reps and 315 for 1 paused rep. My squat is crap compared to what it used to be.

I squatted 405 at age 17 and 148lbs after training during the school year for almost 3 years. but i put everything had into lifting. My deadlift has always been weak compared to my squat. When my squat was 405 my deadlift was only 440. Now it still goes up and down.
