THanks man. I think i could get 355 on a good day if i had better form. I have worked on arch and the right bar path, but it always ends up making me weaker, so i always go back to benching like this.
And looks like your squat crushes mine by far. I wish i could be at 450.PRs

Anyone know how long it will take approx. to reach 405 deadlift at this weight? I'm at slightly over 315 atm and have been training for little over a year..

Looks good to me. But I have horrible form, so anything else looks good to me.
After i had that great couple worksouts last week, i am back to losing strength again. I got that 315 for 3 paused reps that one day, now i can only get it twice doing T&G. I despise how inconsistent my strength is. Every time i have a good day then after that i spend weeks just trying to get back to the same weight.PRs

That's what Louie has noticed with his lifters when working up to training maxes in the same lift every week.
I stand corrected then, but it's just a thought, dropping the percentages down and doing several sets could be an option..
I'm currently doing sets of triples, but I keep the percentage around 80-85% for up to 5 sets of triples for my main lifts.. I rarely go for a 3RM but I do heavy triples all the time.. Just a suggestionNo hate on the mod

I think i have to go back to 80% stuff for now anyway. My form varies every time i lift, and lately it has felt terrible. So i think i will stick to 5x5 for a bit to see if i can gain back some confidence and better form. Really sucks though. 2 weeks ago i got 345 on bench, now i dont feel like i can even get 325, after it had been my 3 rep max.

I have been incredibly frustrated with my lifting lately. Every single time i am on the way up and getting stronger, i will randomly just get weaker.
I had gotten 345 on bench just 2 weeks ago, and was averaging 315 for 4 reps. Now every workout i have gone down. Today i could only get 275 for 6 reps, when normally i get that 8-9.
That on top of my squat not going anywhere for 5 months, i am pretty angry.PRs

Hello to my fellow manlets!!
I have recently been told that I should consider doing powerlifting competitions by a few members at my gym. I have powerlifted before during high school football but we did bench, squat, and power clean. When I was 17 I did 250 bench, 225 power clean, and a 430 squat (170-175 lbs)a nd I haven't really 1MR since.
After high school I mostly been bodybuilding my current PRs are 275 x 2 bench, 390 X 2 squat, and 490 x 2 deadlift (165 lbs). The only problem is I don't really know how good my form is on those lifts because in high school, our assess usually came up of the bench and we didn't keep the bar on our chest for long on our bench.
But I have grown a new interest for powerlifting recently and I'm looking to gain some knowledge any way I can.
I will try to post some vids in the future.82.5 kg Raw Powerlifter
