You have already seen my log. But stats are 485 dead, 330 squat, 265 bench. Squat will be 365 by sat!!!!!haha hopefully. and then 405 by the end of the year.
I am running smolov and some bench program I found. Not deadlifting right now. In about 6 weeks, I will be running madcows most likely because I need to start deadlifting again.PR's: 365 | 280 | 500 = 1145 lbs

The 165s are too strong. I don't want to compete against these jerks with their 1500+ lb. raw totals. I'd rather hide at 148, thank you very much.
Best competition lifts at 148: 512 squat (no wraps) / 347 bench / 622 deadlift. 1482 total. Former all-time world-record holder (no wraps).
Best competition lifts at 165: 584 squat (wraps) / 380 bench / 639 deadlift. 1603 total. Top-20 all-time.

Cool thread. I'm working my way down to 165 and will do my first meet ever in Sept at 165. I'm formerly a 220lber and currently at 174.5.

Man I completely forgot about this thread.
since than i think ive gained about 6-7 lbs which makes me about 155ish and i deadlifted 500 lbs at the supertraining meet in october(i think thats when it was) and ive now squatted 405 3x1 and my bench has went to 225 5x5 but some how ive only gotten 265 for 1 with a small bounce. Sense it makes not.
monday i'm going for a 415 squat.BH Lifting Crew

Slowly but surely, I want a 1300+ total by the end of 2013
I was on Madcows for about 6 months but all of the heavy squatting tore my knees apart, plus I had received a hip injury in November that I never let heal.
Now currently doing a PHAT routine to add some size and give my knees a little a break"...I work on pursuing my dreams and battling my demons. Happiness follows."

Haven't tested my raw maxes in a while but they are probably around 405 squat, 300 bench, and 465 dead lift (raw has went down, geared up).
I am a single ply lifter and have been lifting in gear lately.ALL SINGLE PLY @ 163

Does anyone here walk around a lot (10+ lbs) heavier than 165? Meaning you do a water cut a few days before competing but show up to lift at 175+?
Right now I'm waking up at 171 and debating if I should cut to 165 morning weight so I just have to wake up and go weigh in, or if I should be heavier and do a water cut before the comp.-THE PACK BARBELL CLUB-

I walk around at roughly 168-169. What I do is I just try to lose it about 3-4 weeks in advance so I don't have to worry about anything near the comp. except for lifting. However, everyone does things differently.
