Not a powerlifter, but I'm a lot more interested in it than bodybuilding. Also I need a super chit load of calories [ecto?] w/ how much I weigh, so I don't know if putting on tons of strength would work. Just gonna post here anyways. I'd still like to get a lot stronger on these lifts. Honestly not sure why my squat is lower than my bench. Could be due to having a better developed chest than legs from doing things like push ups for a year and a half on a high school fitness team before ever squatting. Possibly also due to chitty ankles [hurt and crack all the time].
How is the weight determined? Morning weight? Mid-day? These were probably my lifts at 165 in the morning. Bodybuilding form on bench btw.
Squat - 300
Bench - 316
Deadlift - 370s-380s100x11 weighted pull up
Rubik's Cube - 7.08 single, 9.43 avg5, 9.97 avg12

"bodybuilding form on bench"
what is that?
I've lifted in 165 before, but I've gotten too big to even cut down to 165 anymore. I might try to get back there one day. I'm trying to cut down to around 175, and that would put me around 7% BF. With some additional water restriction I might be able to sneak by in 165, but I'm afraid I'll be stuck in 181 unless I want to lose just a bit of muscle. Would love to hit 1300 raw in 165 though, that was always a goal of mine.

train like a mix of pler and a bodybuilder, always do heavy squats/dls...except my pressing sucks and I rarely ever BB bench, max is only around 225-235 I think and didnt squat for a few months because my knee was bothering me, might test squat max soon.
225, 235 bench
atleast 335 squat
475 DL will pull 495 in the next 2 or 3 weeks.

A brand new 165er here. Just had my last 148 meet last weekend and am currently on GOMAD now. Put on 10lbs so far. Single ply gym stats are: SQ-500, B-335, DL-460. Happy to be a 165er fresh out of high school.

You call me strong but there was one guy that beat me at my last meet which was State. I came in 2nd and he came in 1st. He put up 505 on squat, 300 on bench, and 475 on dead, with a 1280 total. I put up 1205. I should have totalled around 1275 but missed my 3rd on squat and bench.

Lol at MaxDL. No wonder you only get 20 lbs, you could get more from your super centurion.
It's freaking awesome. I got about 60 lbs the first time I tried it. It feels tighter throughout the bottom and mid portion of the lift, when the sc is only near the bottom. The straps are tighter than the sc even though they are the same size, they are also wider. I'd recommend you buy it for sure. The velocity or metal (which I've never used) are the best choices for deadlift suit.I don't care.

I've only used the Super Centurion once for deadlift and to be honest I haven't been in it enough to tell you about it on deads. I like my max DL but it pretty much just stretches out after using it enough. You have to wear one so tight that you can barely get the straps on. I need one better TBH. I wouldn't suggest.
