    Damn I feel bad, although, Ive never maxed out, these are the most ive done since i don't have a spotter.

    Bench: 185X1 a month ago; did 155x6 a few days ago and it was easy, so i think i can get more than 185 now

    Technically a 165er as I have "bulked" up to 154, but plan to compete in August back in the 148 class, but here are the lifts. I have osteochondrosis in my right hip causing mobility strength issues.

    Competed in my first competition last weekend and went 336/214/468. This was RAW with knee sleeves.

    Never maxed out deadlift or squat but according to the 1 rep max calculators: 377/285/492

    May be a bit more since I've been doing 5x3 lately with straight sets and haven't tested any maxes for a while (not even 5 or 3 rep maxes). Plus I've been doing all of my squats (high bar) and deads beltless.

    In that pic, I am 151, but I have decent quads, and fairly large calves, but due to hip surgeries, my right leg is smaller than my left.

    Dman dude what does your diet look like, my issue is i eat whatever cuz im too lazy but i bought a food scale yesterday to try a macro based diet. Im loosing out on quite alot of muscle because my BF% is too high.

    I eat a mostly paleo diet of meats, real vegetables, limited grains, and very little processed foods. I do take whey protein and dextrose, as well as creatine, and fish oil.

    I was 162 before my most recent cut. Lifts are in my sig. Goofed around for a couple years, and have been training seriously for almost a year and a half.

    floating around 170 atm due to injury... I don't know how you guys lose weight when injured I gain weight...

    I'll be competing at 163 for the first time in my lifting career this weekend at nationals. I've been a 148 for the past 7-8 years. Definitely saw a nice jump in numbers this training cycle!

    Advice other than paleo-ish? Carb cycling, do higher on your most intense days, medium on a couple other days, and low on a couple days per week. I consume around 3500 or so, and aim for an average of about 200g protein, 200g carb, and 200 fat.

    Wow 3500 cals a day is more than i expected. Intredesting
