Damn I feel bad, although, Ive never maxed out, these are the most ive done since i don't have a spotter.
BW: 156,
Squat: 215x5
Bench: 185X1 a month ago; did 155x6 a few days ago and it was easy, so i think i can get more than 185 now
Deadlift: 255x5 Im afraid of maxing out here without somebody watching my form.( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Lol what happened to this thread, i am on the last page and i havnt posted in ages ?? We need to get this back up and running.
What are the current numbers ? I recently stopped lifting for 6 months and now im my second 5x5 run allready stronger than before

SQ: 170kg 200kg by December
BP: 110kg 127.5kg by december

. But seriouslly i need someone to help me fix my DL, at this rate ill outsquat my deadlift very soon. Willing to post weekly vids shirtless even though its winter to properly check form.

Never maxed out deadlift or squat but according to the 1 rep max calculators: 377/285/492
May be a bit more since I've been doing 5x3 lately with straight sets and haven't tested any maxes for a while (not even 5 or 3 rep maxes). Plus I've been doing all of my squats (high bar) and deads beltless.Last edited by Bejizzle; 06-14-2014 at 12:16 PM.

I was 162 before my most recent cut. Lifts are in my sig. Goofed around for a couple years, and have been training seriously for almost a year and a half.
Feb 1, 2013 (started getting serious)/Current maxes at bw of 156-162lbs
Bench 205x3 (went back up about two inches before touching chest)/300
Squat 230x5 (half squat)/350 (below parallel)
Deadlift 185x5/475

floating around 170 atm due to injury... I don't know how you guys lose weight when injured I gain weight...
My best lifts are in my sig but my current lifts after my injury are
Bench: 205lbs
Squat: 275lbs
Deadlift: 425lbs
I'm looking for a powerlifting routine to do also... Ive just been doing a modded 5x5 split

Do you count calories/macros ? Im looking for a ballpark figure since i end up usually just gaining fat , looking for something to make me more competitive and i think diet is the issue holding me back.
Any advices other than paleo ? Like KJ /protein/carb/fat intakes ?Athletics > Aesthetics
