Should i take them all together 30 to 45 minutes before training?

You can dose it that way, not like one way will give drastically different results than another, however I am pretty sure AM dose of Creatine Monohydrate is actually the best, Caffeine prob 30 mins pre workout is your best bet, kicks in rather fast...
Agmatine doesn't really matter but if you have 1000mg in a dose 45 mins pre workout by the time you workout you will only have about 15mg in your system
