Hey guys, so I'm 16 and my rugby seasons over, during this time until it restarts I want to improve some things: Strength, Endurence, Core Stability and over all fitness.
Now there's a lot of genuinely decent program's out there but I don't know which way to go and need ideas!

Rippetoes Starting Strength - will improve strength, explosion, core stability.
For endurance you could do low intensity cardio on offdays.
Eat a sh!t tonne of food - bulk is good for rugby. Aim for 3lbs a month gain.
Looked at your stats:
Squats Latest Update: N/A
Deadlift Latest Update: Aug 17, 2011 85kg
You realise that most of your power is generated by your lower body and hips when running, tackling, rucking etc? These numbers need work.
