yeah bro great situation, no jersey shore tho lulz
beta-cret is pretty good i have the pineapple flavor, taste okay but taste doesnt rally matter to me i just gulp PWO's down lol it kicks in reallly fast about 7-12 mins and u get the tingles feels great! also gives me a pretty good pump and lasts a while with some great energy. i would reccommend it i give it a 9 out of 10 if it had some N.O i would give it a 10 lolsouth florida crew

For biceps i tried out a routine that mark dugdale has been using the "mountain dog diet" want to try different variations of techniues for my arms because the will not grow no mater what i do! and for teiceps dod my first ever giant set because the gym was kinda empty so had a good arm sesh today !

Mountain Dog diet/training is a good program. The creator, John Meadows, knows his stuff for sure. Mark Dugdale is a cool dude. I got to talk with him for a good bit at the Olympia, too.
Hope you have a great weekend! I'm gonna be busy as heck. My 5-year old is a competition dancer and she is performing tonight and tomorrow, so I've got to get into my Dance Dad mode. Haha.

Just food for thought - my arms struggle to grow as well, but the 2 programs where I really tend to see a difference is FST-7, and MAX-OT (2 very diff programs I know, but I feel each has an aspect that allows me to grow)-Jon-

It's an interesting training style, and at first it really feels like you don't spend enough time in the gym - However I saw some of my best strength gains, and lagging body part gains through that program, and its really easy to setup/alter to your needs once you get the hang of it!
