yeah buddy/! always been one since i've been watching and i used to live in NY. they're doing pretty good this year hope they can make it in the playoffs and i think they will melo has been doing his thing never seen him play this well and shoot over 50% and the defense is finally there lol

had a good training session today, hit my macros and felt great looking a bit leaner just need some abs! Gonna train abs today lol seriously havent done them in like one month lol
***thoughts on hgh-up***
toook 5 caps at night time and slept like a baby, it is helping me look a little leaner also. Was gonna try 3 pwo and 2 at night but i ate right before i was about to workout and i know it says to wait 2 hours after eating.

i live close to miami but still just dont really like that team, i feel like lebron just plays for stats now and i dont think that team has great chemistry like the knicks and i've met people that work at the condos at the W that services him which was the vallet dude and he said hes the biggest dicck in the world lol dooesnt even tip and yeah Wade is cool tho.
and hell yeah love the sleep benefits! plus im starting to look leaner with a decent diet hard work and not even using a fat burner might be getting one soon tho.south florida crew

Great-looking leg workout yesterday. Drop sets of squats!!!! Ughhhhhh. Brutal.
I have used knee wraps when my knees were feeling sore, and they work wonders, too. I try not to rely on them too much though, so only use them when absolutely necessary.

and yeah i love drop sets on squats
also i do have straps but only use then when im squatting more then 250 but i have bad knees from an accident a long time ago so they bother me sometimes, i've been looking at those Tony Kono bands i think thats the name lolsouth florida crew
