A good post workout shake
Hey, I'm looking for some recipies for good post workout shakes.
I'm using NHA WheyDelicous Strawberries and cream flavor. 26g of protein per scoop and has tons of amino's.
What can I add to this for some nice lil gains.
I'm thinking about adding some flax seed oil, creatine, glut...
Anybody?
This is for bulking btw.

Since your bulking, a Spoon full of peanut butter would throw in some extra protein and calories . Dried oats blended in also.
