reaaally hard to tell, different places put different amounts of tzatziki sauce and it can have varying amounts of mayo in it...with all three things I'd say 700-850 calories but again, i have no idea of sizes and stuff..its just a blind guess

If you're not religiously cutting, then just add it in as a rough guesstimate. Bulking? Then don't be so harsh on yourself

A pic would really be beneficial. Depending on size/ thickness of the pita and just how much tzatziki, could be upward s of 1000 cal, really hard to say.

You made a similar thread a day ago asking us to estimate calories for you. Are you really going to post every meal you eat and expect us to do your homework for you?

It's impossible to give exact estimates without food weight/cooking methods (how much oil was added) and things of that nature. It's bad enough posting a picture, but to expect an accurate count from a description is simply ludicrous, no offense.
