Obviously more than my legs improved, I lost a lot of fat (you can tell by just looking at my face lol) just by being super dedicated to training for my show. In my 1st picture I weighed almost 185lbs and in my 2nd picture I weigh 168. I'm 10 weeks out from my competition and still leaning up!

I lifted when I was 15-17 (nothing srs tho) if you look at my pics you'll see I was in decent shape then. Then I Quit for about a year and half and lost it all. So I say 8 months because 8 months ago I was 150lbs and looked awful lol.
