2nd Place... Today's competition certainly didn't turn out as expected... It's tough when you dump your heart and soul into something, to have your fate lie in the balance of 7 judges that think someone else looks better that you.. Unfortunately that's the sport that I choose to compete in and I have to live with the possibility of this happening.. I know that this has happened to everyone that has competed and am not singling myself out by any means.. Is winning everything? No, it's the only thing! I will twist this into a positive experience and learn from it so I can come back BETTER! I have been defying the odds for as long as I have been alive and am not about to quit now! I did indeed talk to some of the judges and that was the difficult part.. I was told that I was not as conditioned as the guy that beat me.. In this case I completely disagree.. I there was one area that I had him beat it was indeed cuts.. He was bigger, but I was without a doubt more ripped.. That part was in bit confusing, but everyone looks at this sport through a different lens.. Thanks for the props as they are greatly appreciated! There was a professional photographer there and he will be sending me pics, I will post those as well as others that were taken.. Take a look and let me know what you think!
