    Shoulders and Back on the Same Day?

    Currently I am doing a split of chest/triceps, back/biceps, leg and shoulders. Would it be fine to put back/biceps/shoulders all on one day in order to make sure I hit everything in a week? Or is having 3 different body parts on a day just too much?
