Really need some good advice here, basically I'm currently 150 pounds and 18% body fat, I hate the way my body looks at the moment I have little muscle size and little definition. My main aim is to get a better physique for the summer, I can work on increasing strength and lifts in the winter but I really want to look good for the summer.
What would people recommend to do? I was on All pro on a cut but I recently got ill, lost muscle and gained a little fat so I'm demotivated at the moment. I just need some good advice on what to do now, I'm hitting my protein requirements for the day etc. Any help would be great.
Bulk, cut, clean bulk?
