Last(?!) Update
Hello guys, howudoing? Im fine, thx. Hope you the same...
Ive lost any motivation in this blog. Now that Ive reached my first big goal, which was the ultimate 6 pack, I find no reason at all to keep focusing on BBing, as much as Ive been doing so far.
WorkouT: I still train >6x/wk beyond humanly possible, walk in (ChAoS &)pain 24/7, and my Damage Control column is never rid of carryovers from the day before. Im still grunting under the Klokov Press twice as long as your total routine lasts. But now Im fitting it into life, not living around it. I dont care if 3 very low-rep warm up sets at 40, 60, 80% of your max load help you perform best on your top set, and going over 5 reps on those burns out glycogen too fast.
DiET: I keep IFing, control my calorie intake (less precisely though, +-100/die), but lost any drive in cooking. Temporary? I honestly dunno. Just got very detached and relaxed, a-la Brad Pilon.
The holiday season is over, and I started my new part-time job at a fitness club. No squat rack, no power rack, no surface to do DLs on. Of course, no good bodies over there. Uni started back again, and social nights will come along. "Sorry gotta go, tomorrow I have my workout early in the AM" is not gonna happen.
Maybe Ill write a little essay on my last months and what they taught me about the body and the fat loss. Still making up my mind on it, dont wanna waste anybody's time with a messy flux of consciousness.
