    Working my Abs

    I want to know what are ways I can work my top lower side abs if you can help thanks!

    this is what i say you could try. abs twice a week; the first being weight based.
    - cable crunches SS with leg raises
    - either ball twists, or cable twists with decline sit ups (both SS 4 or 5 sets is my preference)
    then a lighter, endurance-based day
    15 minute circuit of crunches, side crunches both sides, leg raises 20 reps each, straight for 15 minutes (learned that from kai greene)
    it burns like hell but damn if you dont look good after that.
