My diet includes
Breakfast (everyday)
3 Eggs
2 slices whole wheat toast
Spinach, berries, protein, creatine, mass gainer, oats, glob of peanut butter and milk smoothie
And the rest of my food is
Chicken stir fry with brown rice (my go to meal, LOVE it!)
Steak (one or two every other day)
Home made hamburgers
Tuna patties
Pasta
Cold cut sandwiches (chicken, roast beef)
Stuffed pork chops
Snacks:
Cheese
Hungarian pepperettes
Almonds
Chocolate milk
Blueberry muffins
Protein / half scoop mass gainer (sometimes) shake with water (while I'm at work)
