So I recently ordered EVLUTION NUTRITION LeanMode Fruit punch powder to help me lose weight (Amazing btw) but I have just a simple question. Could I just mix this in with my preworkout? The preworkout I bought also helps with muscle recovery and has BCAA's. Just wondering if I could just mix it together and drink it before my workout. and for additional info I do try my hardest to eat right after I workout as well. Currently I just drink my preworkout first then after the LeanMode, I just feel way to bloated drinking two different products back to back. Thank you!

Leanmode doesn't have any stimulants which means it can be paired. It doesn't have anything that will help with weight loss either.Originally Posted by Ricky0424

Your fine. The worry here would be extra stims that could be To much for your tolerance levels.
If you not feeling the burn your not pushing hard enough.
