You could have just searched this topic instead of starting a thread. Dymatize protein is a pretty good bang for your buck. try eating more wholefood protein sources too.

I am about to cave and try some XF...I'm a big fan of trutein and some of the myo flavors (haven't tried many since the new formulation) but have yet to try XF.
