    Off Season Volleyball Tips?

    I play high school volleyball and the season is now over and I worked hard this season to improve my strength. Any tips and advice on stuff to do and eating tips during the off season? Ps... I do go to the gym often and workout.

    Hard to say without more concrete info, goals, areas of weakness, etc.

    The basic answer will always be get stronger, include lateral based exercises, jump, work on flexibility, eat lean meats, veggies, fruits, potatoes, and oats.
