Just wanted to start s log to track my progress and get some help from everyone doing HRT.
going out to workout now will post workout when done.

Workout was pretty good. It was like this

Wow Russ, those are some big numbers on the wrist curls. What type of cardio and ab work do you do?

Cut the bicep work to no more that 3 exercises... Also, are you doing anything for rear delts...???

Thanks I do 30 min of recumbent bike at 3:30 in the morning first thing.What does Subbed mean?

Hi Russ! If you want to upload photos...you can do it a couple different ways, but I think this is the best.
1) Go to Photobucket.com to create an account. Once you do that, there should be a button that says "Upload".
2)Click on "Upload" and it will open up a box that you can use to navigate and find the photos you want posted.
3) After you have your pictures uploaded, you can go to "Albums" and view your pictures. When you click on your pictures, there is a box with a bunch of different codes...one of the boxes should be labeled "IMG Code". Just copy that code, and paste it. It will then display your photo.
Or if you want to just upload on the forums, you can click on "Go Advanced" under your reply box and there should be a place where you can upload photos. You won't be able to see if in your post if you do it that way, but people can click on it to view.

With your photos, did you try to resize them in a photo editing program like Paint of Photoshop? Sometimes the resolution is too big and the pictures end up being too big in size. If you can make them smaller, that might do the trick.

Day off from workout did 30 min of cardio this morning. Had a day off work also so I got my new garage doors on turned out pretty nice!
Got my micros from Rage today so have to get that figured out. My son comes home from Penn State tonite it will be good to see him. I'll
Be checking everyones logs out later it helps to know other people are out there working hard.
