Hi bodybuilding.com! first time poster here and was just wondering which type of drink i should take.
Currently 137lbs 5'8 height
Started working out again like 4 months ago and am committed to work out every 2 days. I am adding more calories and protein to my diet and am seeing gains. I currently use whey isolate (isoflex)
Bodybuilding.com/store/all/iso.html (which i did not buy, all given)
now i have ON Serious mass (given as well) ----> remove the 0 as i can not post URL/Links 0ptimumnutrition.com/products/serious-mass-p-241.html
and was just wondering if i should switch to the mass gainer... I do want mass as I am only 137lbs but does the mass gainer work better than the protein? Or, should i switch in-between the two with protein before and after workout and mass gainer before i sleep? Any tips appreciated. Thanks!

Get whey to consume post workout and eat food for mass. Mass gainers ane expensive and unnessasary

hmm i just want to point out that i got the massgainer and protein for free already..... its not the option of being "expensive" when it is free. And yes, i am bulking with 137 that's why i am asking if i should just stick to whey or go to ON serious mass gainer. And yes, my diet is consisting of bulking (higher calories, protein etc.)

okay first off, everyone knows you should eat.. but that wasn't your question so i don't know why everyone is saying that. the best thing to do is take the mass gainer in between meals, for example in between breakfast and lunch before you work out, than after you work out take your whey protein and if you want you can take the mass gainer again after dinner. for the best ad quickest result keep doing this and keep working hard at the gym doing higher weight and lower reps and you should see results
