I'm new to lifting, so I need help.
I do distance in T&F & Cross Country, but I'm now trying to get my upper body as toned as my lower, so can anyone give me recommendations for exercises that will build my chest. I live in a townhouse alone, so the weight room I can use only has bench press,lat machine, and leg machine as well as dumbbells.
I'm trying to do it over the summer, but XC starts 2-3weeks after school, so I can have extra time if I need.
