My stack and what i am thinking about adding.
Whats up everyone?? I have been powerlifting for a few years now and have experimented with a bunch of supplements.
Currently i'm taking:
Pre workout:
VPX Friction
Intra Workout:
VPX Powershock
Post/Before bed:
VPX Stealth
I am also taking a daily regimen of:
Puritans Pride Multi-Vitamin complex #1
Puritans Pride 2000mg Omega 3,6,9
1500mg Glucosamine, 2000mg Chondroitin.
Now I am wondering a coupe things:
Am i overdoing anything?
Can i add a daily regimen of BSN Nitrix to this stack, for vasodilation?
Would replacing the multis and omegas with Controlled Labs orange triad and greens?
Any suggestions are welcome.

I would also add that if you choose to supp with BCAA get flavored or caps.
I have bought unflavoured and taste like death. Can't benefit from something you can't take in because of taste.

3. I'd switch out for OT and Oximega or their greens
4. Do not waste your money on NITRIX if you truly want a vaso product check out White Blood II or Vasotropin.
5. Maybe also consider some agmatine or R-ALA?

haha yeah. I get all of my stuff from mass nutrition its ridiculously discounted

In addition to the recommendations of others, I highly recommend SNS Beta-alanine at 4-5 caps per day. The 501ct can be found for 30 bucks which is a steal. BA can complement anyone's goals, as it aids with weight training, cardio, and overall health.

thanks! although friction has 3.25 beta alanine. so i'm good on that front.

Remember, it needs to be dosed on offdays too.

I'd drop Friction unless your liking it i'm just not a fan of it but to each their own. I'd look into Orange Triad for a multivitamin alot better than what your taking now. Get some BCAA's for me i dose AI's Recoverpro intraworkout and then postworkout before my shake i down Neogenix Intrafuse to help get that leucine spike. But also get yourself some creatine mono its dirt cheap and it works.

For less than $30 a tub you cant beat its benefits. I use it in addition to other BA products i use so a 501ct tub lasts forever

one more question
hey fellas.. i picked up vasotropin. I am supposed to take three tablets two hours before I lift with a carb-rich meal.
I wanted to know if its safe to go with the whole serving of all three:
vasotropin (two hours before i lift)
friction (15 minutes before i lift)
powershock (intraworkout)
Ohh and i also got Orange Triad and Oximega.. Starting all of these things today.
