Whats up everyone?? I have been powerlifting for a few years now and have experimented with a bunch of supplements.
Currently i'm taking:
I am also taking a daily regimen of:
Puritans Pride Multi-Vitamin complex #1
Puritans Pride 2000mg Omega 3,6,9
1500mg Glucosamine, 2000mg Chondroitin.
Now I am wondering a coupe things:
Am i overdoing anything?
Can i add a daily regimen of BSN Nitrix to this stack, for vasodilation?
Would replacing the multis and omegas with Controlled Labs orange triad and greens?
Any suggestions are welcome.
