Upper/Lower Back and Chest workouts?
I neglect to work my Upper/Lower Back and Chest.
This is all I know that work those areas.
Upper Back: Dumbbell Rows
Lower Back: Deadlift
Chest: Chest Flys, Declined press
Any other workouts good for working these areas?
Rows (DB, BB, machine w/e)
Flat/Incline/Decline presses & fly's
Machine fly's/Machine Presses
edit: they are just some examples, not literally every exercise
Alright. Thank you I'll defiantly look into to those and see which workouts would be ideal.
