New to weightlifting - one question

172lbs, 5'10. I'm skinny-fat. I have no idea what my bodyfat % is, but I know it's not anywhere near good. Been working out for a month and 3 weeks, just bulking and doing a 3 day split for 6 days a week with one rest day. I do not feel as though I am overtraining with this routine. For cardio I walk for around an hour or two typically 2-4 days. (Usually 4 days)

My question - I have seen nice noob gains in my quads, arms, and chest/shoulder area. But in the same retrospect I feel as though I'm getting "love handles" around my sides. Should I be concerned about this, or is it just something that happens while bulking?

If it is something I should be concerned about, should I do more vigorous cardio, or should I revamp my diet? (It's a clean bulk - Lean meat, chicken, good carbs blahblah)

TL;DR: Working out for around 2 months, love handles getting more prominent, should I be worried or just say **** it?

Keep bulking until you become so fat that you hate yourself.
Follow up with a cut, and love yourself.
