Hello everyone! I just joined the forum. I am 38 from Chicago Il. I started running 1.5 years ago and have dropped 25 lbs ( 213 to 189 from running). I used to work out 5 days a week up till I got married around 27 so I believe I have some muscle mass from then. I still lift weights 1 or 2 time a week and swimming again over the past 3 months. I ran a bunch of races including the Chicago Marathon last year. I plan on running it again this year. The problem Is I lost a lot of weight and again back about 10lbs. I admit my diet got worse but thinking I have put a little on from lifting and swimming. Anyway I want to get down to 175 but lean and cut. I am married with 2 kids(6 and 8) and commute ( work schedule is leave house 5am and get home 4:20pm). I can't lift, swim, and run ...I just dont have the time. I know I can eat WAY better to help cut body fat but what is the best of the 3? I have to run for training and that is about 25 miles a week min). Should I lift or swim with my running every other day? I want to tone up.. not worried about bulking up. I should post a picture so you guys see what you're working with and can throw out some suggestions. Thanks for all the support!!!
