Just started doing actual ATG squating very light. (95 lbs working on form).
I noticed when i went ATG i would get lower left (looking down my point of view) ab pain or where the leg and ab muscles connect.
I suspect this to be a weak wall of muscle that I need to work out and strengthin before I continue on my ATG journey of squats to prevent injury.
Any suggestions on how to hit the areas specifically? Pictures would be nice as well.

Pictures would be nice indeed, as it is difficult to piece together what you are describing. The fact that it is not a symmetrical pain (i.e. on both sides of the body, only on one) is not really a good sign. Either a strength imbalance somewhere or an injury.
I can ask you this though: where is the bar on your back? on the neck, further down? how low do you go?PATH OF IRON:

The pain is one my left side right where (if i were supremely cut) men get that Vcut in the bottom of the abs.
I hold the bar right in my traps. The high position where its comfortable. I have my feet points a little outward and I got down till i cant go down any further. Hams are touching my upper calves.
At first i thought it was my jow boxer spandex shorts slipping and causing the slight burning prick pain but then realized it had to be weak muscles do to going down deep.
I think its weak abdominal walls i need to build.

For a while, this was the same for me too. It eventualy went away as I continued squatting every week and hasn't come back since but to this day I'm still not 100% on what is was.
From my experience, unless it actually is an injury it should work itself out in time. Just be sure to know the difference (when in doubt, get it checked out)
