I'm trying to do full acrobatic splits. I can already do a half split (not able to fully touch the ground yet...) Is there any way to alleviate the pain from training??!! Or am I doing something wrong?? Yesterday I heard something pop and now when I try to resume training, it hurts too much to push farther. Should I skip today and try again tomorrow or is it more effective working through the pain? Please someone help!
