I take a protein shake after my workout, but should I take my second one in the morning or at night time? I also dont wanna get a belly and I heard taking it at night can do that.

I drink a shake before I go to bed and it keeps my metabolism going over night! you'll wake up leaner,but it depends what kind of protein your taking.
