5. Product Reviews Completed/Detail- 10 pts
All judges decisions will be Final.
Photos:
Photos will be added soon. I accidentally took ones on Oct 1st, that would short me 2 days of the contest. I may just use them anyways, I am very self conscience and am having a hard time even thinking about taking them again.
About Me: I have struggled with weight and possible food addiction all my life. I come from a family with a lot of addictive traits, most being alcohol, mine being food. I am very good at dieting for a week, then binging on fast food and processed garbage all weekend. In 2005 when I found BB.com I started working out and low carb dieting. Over the course of 12-15 months I had dropped from a fat, no muscle 320+ pounds all the way down to 180lbs.
Once I hit 180, I decided I wanted to add more lean muscle. I started taking more and more supplements. I began running cycles of Halodrol etc. I went from 180 to 240lbs. At 240lbs I was wearing 34" waist clothes. THIS IS MY GOAL WEIGHT! During this time I was unemployed due to a layoff, and have hours and hours to work out. I slowly started letting myself go, missing workouts, eating bad again. Here we are 6 years later and I weigh 308lbs and wear a size 44 and 3xl shirts. It is quite embarrassing not being able to go into most store and buy clothes that fit.
Training: Training will be decided by the amount of energy I have once I drop calories. I sometimes mess around with High Volume, Low Rest 10x10. Sometimes I go Heavy 5x5. I may look into some circuit training to help with my fat loss. Cardio will probably be limited to elliptical as I am nursing an ankle that I hurt while trying to do 300lb jump ropes. Very Bad Idea!
Diet: I will be aiming for 2200-2300 Calories with around 250+ g of protein and maybe 100g of fat. I will be playing around with carbs as I go
Any suggestions are welcome. My stats are basically 139kg weight and 175cm height. 34 years old with a very low activity variable 1.2
Goals: My ultimate goal is to be close to 250lbs by Memorial day 2014
My 8 week Athletic Edge Nutrition Transformation Goal is to lose 20lbs. This is slightly over 2lbs per week. Starting weight 308lbs, 8 week goal 288
Again photos will be uploaded later. Do we really have to post them here, or can they be in our bodyspace lol?

LIV should be at my door step when I get home from work!
As for Thursday:
Didn't start off well, my wife and I got into an argument and I didn't make it to the gym. I also didn't get to take new pictures, so I lose a few days for my after photos.
First day of diet. Here is how it went. I have some tweaking to do.
Calories: 2234
Fat: 111g 44% <-- Little too much PB and almonds lol

Friday: Got home from work, and my goodies were at the doorstep! It was 5:30PM when i was heading to gym, so I decided to take 1 cap LIV to access tolerance.
Pre: 1 cap LIV
2 Scoops High Volume
1 Scoop PF3
Since I always have hard time feeling my Tris getting sore, I started with them first, then worked backwards to db presses.
VBar Pushdowns:
10x80
10x100
10x120
10x100
10x80
All 5 sets SS w/ pushups till failure
Rope Pushdowns concentrating on a nice squeeze on the outer movement
10x50
10x40
10x30
10x20
10x10
SS W/ Cable Flys high position
10x25
10x30
10x35
10x40
10x40 <---- Wanted to go higher, but was feeling it in right shoulder while moving cable to start position
Incline DB Presses: All presses done with only rest coming from switching DBs
10x40
10x45
10x50
10x55
10x60
10x65
10x55
10x50
10x40
10x35
I didn't track all these in phone, but pretty sure that was my 10 sets. Lower weight, high volume, low rest. Nice deep stretch movement.
Flat DB Press: Again only rest came from switching DBs
10x55
10x60
10x65
10x70
10x65
10x60
10x55
10x50
10x45
10x40
I think with the 5 sets of pushups in there I got quite a bit of volume.
Notes: I can tell LIV provides a nice clean energy, I was able to feel a slight increase in body temp from 1 cap as well

Sat:
Woke up starving. Ugh dieting sucks. Took 1 cap LIV and the craving control kicked in pretty good. I assume 2 caps would really kick it up, however I want to space mine out so I use 2 caps a day instead of 3.
Pre: the 1 cap LIV
2 scoops High Volume
1 Scoop PF3
Bent Over Rows: Only rest while changing weight
10x45
10x95
10x145
8x195
9x175
10x155
10x135
10x115
10x105
Think I forgot to track a set, should have been 10 lol
Alternating Curls: Man in June I did 90lbs easily for 5 reps. Wish I could diet and keep strength real high
These were done running rack, with least amount of rest I could handle
5x65 UGH!
10x60
10x55
10x50
10x45
10x40
10x35
10x30
10x25
Incline Curls:
10x35 5 sets
Straight Bar 21s:
3 sets wanted to see if biceps would explode lol
Notes: Took 2nd LIV later in day. Was pretty low on calories by that point, and I felt slightly hypo lol. Went to a 5yo Bday party and stayed way away from the cake, cupcakes, etc.
Calories Saturday 2030

Carb: 93g 19%

Sunday: Off Day
Watched the Bears once again play horrible. Being a Chicago spots fan is such a roller coaster.
First time in a long time that I made sure to restrict calories during a Bears game. Usually I would have been drunk before kickoff.

I have been keeping carbs to around 20% I seem to always have hard time keeping protein over 200g. If it was up to me I would have carbs at 70% because I'm a carbaholic lol. You think I would benefit bringing carbs up higher?
Sometimes I do, but I usually get dizzy. Fri, and Sat were both non fasted. Granted Sat I had only consumed probably 500 cals by time I went to gym
