My friday has been good. I did a challenge, had a good workout, took two different Juggernauts (one original, one HP), it was a cheat day PIZZA. I just wish I could burn bodyfat faster, but eating pizza doesn't help.LOL Eating clean for my last few days, as long as no one orders pizza once a week.HAhA

Oh I know, I have been pushing it quite a bit here an there. I am just trying to see what I am capable of. When this competition is over, I am going to take a whole week off of weights. I am not sure if I will do cardio or not. I just want to give my body a full week to fully recuperate. Than I will, be doing a 16 week workout plan leading up to the october contest...

But yesterday night I was so happy. It was nice to have something besides the usual egg whites for dinner
I keep thinking of what I heard Dana Bailey tell a girl at the arnold last year "a minute on the lips, a lifetime on the hips".
And the phrase "you are what you eat". At the time you are eating it, it is so good. Than you have to work extra hard to get rid of it, if you had just ate better it would be easier. I will not be having a cheat meal for my last 2 weeks

    DAY 71

Day 71 of the contest. Did the 1000 pushup challenge today. My supplements for today was the following; 1 scoop of orange JUGGERNAUT, 1 scoop of crimson punch JUGGERNAUT HP, and 3 capsules of Infinite Labs CYCLO BOLAN NT.

    TRAINING

    Two push up workouts for today;
First one was the 1000 push up challenge. I did 1250 pushups, over 1000 on video. It took over an hour, due to stopping and restarting the video, the flip video camera dying (which 140 push ups were not video taped, so I had to do more), bathroom break...(done using crimson punch JUGGERNAUT HP)
Second workout about an hour and half ago. I did 750 more push ups (so I can say I not only did the challenge, but I did twice as many push ups in one day). (done using orange original JUGGERNAUT).

    MY DAY

I took crimson punch HP and did the 1000 push up challenge, not as fast as I wanted (could do it in less than hour if I could do a video that long). My triceps were a little sore from yesterdays tricep workout, but JUGGERNAUT got me thru it!!!. Went shopping, and tanning. Came home, than I took my orange Juggernaut and did 750 more just to prove to myself not only could I do the challenge, but I could do even more.

    NUTRITION AND SUPPLEMENTATION

    Supplementation in (parentheses)
7:10am ( 1 scoop of crimson punch JUGGERNAUT HP), 10:20am protein shake and skim milk ( 1 capsule of CYCLO BOLAN NT), 2:40pm protein shake and skim milk and fat free cottage cheese, 3:30pm 2 beef shish kabobs with vegetables ( 1 capsule of CYCLO BOLAN NT), 5:20pm a protein shake with skim milk ( 1 capsule of CYCLO BOLAN NT), 6:30pm ( 1 scoop of orange JUGGERNAUT), 9:00pm protein shake and skim milk, and at about 10:30pm I will have a protein shake and skim milk before bed.

    MACROS for today;
    Calories 1673
    Fat 28
    Carbs 119
    Protein 230

Til tomorrow. Another challenge done, more to go for this JUGGERNAUT.

    I AM JUGGERNAUT

Man, two thousand push ups in a day is remarkable. Not only from a physical point of view but also from a mental one. To have that much focus is truly amazing. Additionally, thanks for all the support you've been providing everyone.

Thanks it was definitely a day where I proved to myself just much I am capable of. Focusing on a goal was part me, and part juggernaut. It helped me concentrate throughout the lengthy workouts. As far as support, that is what we are all here for. To help each other do our bests, in this challenge and beyond. Juggernaut is not just a supplement and challenge, it is like a family on here.

    DAY 72

Day 72 of the contest. Today was a rest day. My inner right thigh is still sore from tuesdays speed walks. My supplements for today were the following; 1 scoop of orange JUGGERNAUT, and 3 capsules of Infinite Labs CYCLO BOLAN NT.

    TRAINING

Rest day. (I still took orange original JUGGERNAUT, for some enregy when I woke up. Plus it gave me a reason to drink it, because you all know how much I love the taste of ORANGE JUGGERNAUT).

    MY DAY

I took a much needed rest day, except for my shoulders, I am still a little sore in the rest of my body from pushing it so much. Still took my cyclo bolan, and Juggernaut!!!

    NUTRITION AND SUPPLEMENTATION

    Supplementation in (parentheses)
6:10am ( 1 scoop of orange JUGGERNAUT), 8:20am protein shake and pork rinds [I know nice breakfast, lol no carbs in pork rinds!!!] ( 1 capsule of CYCLO BOLAN NT), 10:40am 3 egg whites scrambled with shredded cheese, 12:30pm protein shake and some watermelon ( 1 capsule of CYCLO BOLAN NT), 2:10pm a protein shake ( 1 capsule of CYCLO BOLAN NT), 5:30pm plain hamburger, half of a big yam, and cottage cheese, around 7:30pm a partial protein shake (spit some out, and spilled some laughing at a comment I was reading on ******** that pyek had wrote - funny girl- LOL), and at about 10:30pm I will have a protein shake before bed.

    MACROS for today;
    Calories 1964
    Fat 63
    Carbs 113
    Protein 235

Til tomorrow. A well needed rest day, the body needs to recuperate JUGGERNAUTS.

    I AM JUGGERNAUT

My wife will not let me speed walk. I don't know if she thinks I look to funny doing it and is embrassed or if she doesn't like the fact I can speed walk faster than she can jog. Until you actually try it you don't have the respect for someone that does it. To me it more physically taxing than jogging.

    MASSPORT™

A Post-workout Portal for Maximum Mass Gains! Reinforce Your Strength, Power and Recovery with Infinite Labs™ The Thrill of Performance!

MassPort is a post-workout myotrophic stimulus reinforcer with 6 Layers of training stimulus reinforcing & extending action*. It promotes anabolic signaling strength of your workout while expanding & promotes muscle tissue support to help you achieve muscle adaptation, mass & strength gains.*

MassPort extends and reinforces the stimulus of training so that every workout potentially yields bigger, stronger muscles.* Each ingredient in its Multi-Layered Stimulus Reinforcer Network™ spreads with capillary-like action into every nook and cranny including individual muscle fibers and the extracellular and intravascular spaces, promoting expansion, solidifying to grow even after workouts which might have otherwise lacked sufficient myotrophic power to produce gains.*

MASSPORT™ turns the single-lane "country road" of contemporary post-workout formulas into an unprecedented 32-lane myotrophic "superhighway" that potentially keeps the training stimulus alive and building long after your last rep.*
Bursting with flavor, MASSPORT™ supports accelerated & sustained post-workout gains in:

Whole-muscle mass, strength, shape, definition & hardness*
    Plasma volume, vascularity & fullness*
Blood glucose recovery & energy stabilization*
    Whole-body glycogen & protein anabolism*
Optimization of muscle adaptation, growth & contractile performance*

Directions For MassPort: Mix 1 scoop of Massport with 12-16 oz. of cold water (to desired taste) and drink immediately following your workout. For maximum results, consume a normal meal with at least 25 grams of high quality protein one hour later.

Yeah do to the longer strides, I would rather jog. Next time I will. My right inner thigh is still sore, from the stretch of all those steps. At least I know a great exercise for inner thighs. I did look funny though. And speed walking is about as fast a slow jog, just less steps, and longer strides. Like I said with my inner thighs feeling the way they are, I won't go as long of a distance next time. Either that or jog it.

Who has given us the freedom of speech.
It's the Soldier, not the politicians
That ensures our right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness..
It's the Soldier who salutes the flag,
    Who serves beneath the flag,
And whose coffin is draped by the flag.
If you care to offer the smallest token of recognition and appreciation for the Military,
    Please thank them

I agree whole heartedly. Both my brother, and grandfather were in the military. And to know someone who is helping to keep our country protected, means a lot on a day like today. When most just think of it as a day off

Thanks to all those in the military, now and in the past. And to those who lost their lives, or had a loved one lose their lives in the military. God Bless!!!

If you want it, make it happen. No one else, but you, can make you make it happen.

Don't "JUST DO IT", give it your all.
Anyone can show up and pick up a dumbell, but not everyone will give it their all.

I don't stop working out when my muscles are sore, I stop when I'm done with my workout.

Todays excuses, won't help you tomorrow.

I haven't tried Infinit Labs Massport yet, but will in the future. Nothing but praises on it, from what I have read.
