    protein powder and yoghurt

    i hate milk makes me gassy,bloated and feel sick. would having yoghurt mixed with protein powder be any different to having a protein powder shake for a post workout ???

    Hey, that's how I make shakes; I use very low fat active fruit yoghurt (36 kcal/100 g, 6 g protein 6 g fat 2 g carbs) and add my protein powder in it!

    I do the same thing. Milk, protein powder and yogurt. I eat this first thing in the morning since I work out in the morning. I also have a post workout shake but do not add the yogurt.

    I just mix the powder straight into unsweetened nonfat yogurt and eat it!
