nikes are nice, but these adizero primes are literally crazy new technology, they weigh as much as those victorys up there, but they have a full spike plate on the bottom, they way like 50% less then the average full plate spike. the bigger the size, the lighter they are in comparison (y)
nike superfly r3 = 7.2 ounces (size 7)
adizero prime = 3.8 ounces (size 7)

whats the difference between benching 200 pounds vs 100 pounds? its 50% difference. Going from 9.5 ounce spikes to 4.7 ounce spikes at size 11 is about 50% less weight you have to move. speed = power over time, that 50% less weight i have to move on my feet could be the difference of a couple strides, that extra amount of strides could win a race.
11.2 in the 100
22.8 in the 200
relay times very from handoffs

Whats your name, and your state? No offense but I don't believe you. I also need a spoon pic to compare with the top 400 runner in your state. Also if your friend had lighter spikes he would have had a better time. That sentence about your friend doesn't contribute to you argument. If Usain bolt wore 20 dollar spikes he would still be fast, but he is faster with lighter spikes. Your a funny man brah.

Right now im in the Nike Zoom Superfly R3, which are also pretty light. But these must be amazing. Cant seem to find any in my size and they are $200 which is pretty steep, so maybe next year. Cant imagine how light these must be. Seems like it couldnt have hurt Adidas to make more, havent seen these promoted at all so with a little advertising and maybe a little price drop these could be flying off the shelves, just like the Basketball crazylights and the Adizero Football 6.9s

Stop trying to find cheap shortcuts out of hardwork. A 3 ounce shoe is not going to make the difference between beating someone in the 100m who wears his school given spikes.
I remember when all deez rich kids at my school got the adi zero football cleats and they thought they were all quick and shiat, and I smoked them running with some cheap nike landsharks w.e you call them for 40 bucks.
all that is a bunch of baloney, lol @ the people looking for high tech gear who think will cut their 100m time by .5 seconds.
